For the first few decades of my life I WAS that awkward teen girl- struggling to discover my purpose, navigate friendships, and relationships, while tripping and stumbling my way through trauma-both Big Traumas (T) and Little Traumas (t)!

It’s likely that if you’re reading this someone you love is struggling to find her sense of self in this untamed, rather disconnected world too.

And yet, every experience led me to be who I am TODAY! It’s why I went on to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and a Master’s in both School Counseling & Human Services, eventually finding my calling as a school counselor.

See… I believe the medicine we give is the medicine we need!

I've served as a school counselor for the past 9 years, and after experiencing an internal nudge, I could no longer sit with, I decided to bring my vision to life. Untamed Guidance was born in an effort to bring Radical Guidance to girls around the world.

I believe every tween and teen is a perfectly, beautifully flawed individual in search of confidence and deep connection in a rather disconnected world.

And it’s my passion and purpose, to help lead her home to HERSELF. To empower HER to make healthy decisions, so she can experience true joy and cultivate a happy fulfilling life.
